This is a limited warrantee to the original purchaser of a CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc. product. This warrantee applies to any product supplied or produced by CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc., which after careful inspection is found to have material defects or workmanship error.
To obtain the benefits of this warrantee you must first contact CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc. and obtain a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. You must return the product and the original sales receipt (photocopy is acceptable) to CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc., at your expense to the below address. Item must be received no later than 90(ninety) days from the time of purchase indicated on the sales receipt. You must also state the claim for which the return is being processed.
If the above is followed and CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc. determines that the product is truly defective in material or workmanship, CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc. will either repair or replace the product, at its own discretion. CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc. will to repair or replace any defective product with 30 (thirty) days of receipt or return.
This warrantee does not apply to or cover any damages sustained to the vehicle, engine or any other item which may have been caused by the defective product and does not apply to or cover any personal injury, labor charges or any other incidental costs or damage caused by the defective part.
This warrantee does not cover fitment issues, merchantability, or any other obligatory commitments herein. There are no other warrantees expressed or implied and are limited to the aforementioned.
Except for those obligations assumed herein, CnC Customs and Manufacturing, Inc. assumes no other obligations in connection with the sales of, or installation of its products.
